TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The above costs are per person on twin sharing basis with Breakfast (CPAI Plan).
• Minimum two persons are required for a package.
• The above hotels/resorts are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of accommodation at the above hotels, equivalent accommodation would be provided, wherever possible.
• Base category rooms provided in all hotels.
• These offers are valid from 1st October 2009 to 10th December 2009 & 15th January to 31st March 2010.
• For Superior and Standard packages, AC Inidca Car will be provided and for Budget packages, Non-AC Indica Car will be provided.
• AC House Boat is included for Superior and Standard packages and Non-AC House Boat for Budget packages, wherever applicable. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served on overnight Houseboat Cruise.
• Air-conditioning in houseboat will be functioning only from 9 pm – 6 am
• Only lunch will be served on Houseboat for Day Cruise. Day Cruise will be from 12 pm – 4 pm.
• The packages include all hotel taxes and service tax.
• The packages do not include airport tax, entry fees to monuments, guide fees, visa charges, air/rail fares, personal expenses like telephone calls, laundry, soft/hard drinks, meals, tips, and camera fees.
• The above rates are applicable for Indian nationals only.
• 4 Star/equivalent hotels/resorts envisaged for Superior packages, 3 Star/equivalent hotels/resorts envisaged for Standard packages and 2 / 3 Star/equivalent hotels/resorts envisaged for Budget packages.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• 30 Days before the commencement of the tour : 10% of the tour cost will be levied.
• 15 Days before the commencement of the tour : 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
• Less than 15 Days before the commencement of the tour : 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
• Less than 07 Days before the commencement of the tour : 100% of the tour cost will be levied.
• Refund after due cancellation charges shall be made by us on specific request from the client.
