Cancellation Terms (pax beyond min. guaranteed figure):

20 days – 14 Days before departure : 25 % of package

13 Days – 08 Days before departure : 50 % of package

07 Days before Departure : 100 % of package

Important notes:

Tour package cost  as well as cost of air transportation depends on the group size. Reduction of the group size will cause only additional costs, which have to be covered by Indian Outbound operator. During High Season 15th of August – 15th of October), all groups must be confirmed ASAP.

Accommodation, Local Guide, Indian Restaurants, Air Transport & local Transport are   subject to availability and for confirmation of the following services it is necessary to pay an advance.

we are not responsible for delay & cancellation of Flight. All related expenses have to be covered by Indian Outbound Operator. For Example: – over stay due to flight delay, transfer cost not included in the package etc.

We are  not responsible for any additional charges for services not included in the tour package.

Please be informed that check-in time in Uzbekistani Hotels is 14:00 hrs and check-out at 12:00 hrs.

Portage/any kind of tips/ telephone calls / laundry / Liquor & juice used from hotel room fridge / Paid T.V. channels at hotel rooms etc. are not included in the tour package.

Miscellaneous Informations / Other supplements:

Russian vodka are very much cheap and whisky is costly in Tashkent. We do organize cocktail party for which extra charges would be USD 35 per person.( Cocktail party – Imported whisky, snacks-both veg and Non veg, dry fruits, salad etc.),

For applying Visa, letter of invitation is required. Letter of invitation is being issued by Ministry of F’affairs, Republic of Uzbekistan. It takes atleast 10 working days and visa stamping takes 02 working days.

For applying letter of Invitation, we require scanned copy of passports along with request letter from concerned companies duly signed with seal addressing to Ministry of F’affairs of Uzbekistan. We will be sending you the sample letter.

Payment – On confirmation we require INR 10,000/- as token advance and 50% advance before 15 days of the departure and rest balance payment to be cleared 5 days prior to departure.
